Welcome to www.happyholidays.am. These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of our Website and the provision of our services. By accessing or using the Website or booking any of our services, you agree to these T&C.
1. General Provisions
- Parties. “Happy Holidays,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Happy Holidays Tour Operator LLC, founded in 2009 and headquartered in Yerevan, Armenia. “You” or “Customer” refers to any person using our Website or services.
- Scope. These T&C apply to all services offered through www.happyholidays.am, including group tours, private tours, accommodation bookings, and transportation services.
- Acceptance. By using the Website or making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these T&C.
2. Account Registration
- Creating an Account. To book tours or accommodation, you may be required to register and provide accurate personal information (name, email, phone).
- Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Booking and Payments
- Bookings. All bookings are subject to availability. When you submit a reservation request, you will receive a confirmation email once your booking is accepted.
- Payments. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Full or partial pre-payment may be required to secure your booking.
- Prices and Currency. All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated, and include applicable taxes unless noted.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Customer Cancellations. You may cancel or modify your booking by contacting us in writing. Cancellation fees depend on the timing of your request and the type of service booked.
- Our Cancellations. We reserve the right to cancel any service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, force majeure). In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
- Refund Process. Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 14 business days.
5. Changes to Services and Terms
- Service Changes. We may make minor changes to itineraries or suppliers without prior notice. If a major change occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a refund.
- Updating These T&C. We may revise these T&C at any time; the updated version will be posted on the Website with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.
6. Liability and Insurance
- Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happy Holidays and its partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
- Travel Insurance. We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal liability.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website—text, logos, images, software—belongs to Happy Holidays or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.
8. Privacy

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law. These T&C are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
- Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising under these T&C will be resolved through negotiations in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
